Spring 2024 Equipment Checkout Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8AM - 6PM
Friday: 8AM - 4:30PM
Closed Saturdays and Sundays

Please come find us in the Equipment Room, 118.

Equipment Checkout Guidelines

• Standard Checkout is 3 days.
• Students must be currently enrolled in a photography course to be elligible to checkout equipment.
  
• Students agree to return equipment promptly at the end of the rental period and will email sabinalphoto@txstate.edu if unable to.
• Students will email sabinalphoto@txstate.edu immediately if equipment is malfunctioning, lost, damaged, stolen, and/or cannot be returned on time due to extenuating circumstances.
• Students must request permission to travel with equipment outside of the San Marcos, Austin, and San Antonio area.

Equipment Checkout FormYou must fill out the equipment form in order to be able to checkout equipment from the Photo Lounge. You must use your Texas State University email to be verified to check out equipment.
