Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 8:30 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 12 PM - 5 PM
Closed during Studio Lighting Course and Saturdays

Studio Guidelines
  • No smoking is allowed. Texas State University is a Smoke-Free campus.
  • Drinks must have a lid and food must be kept away from lighting equipment.
  • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels.
  • Rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Time includes set-up and break-down.
  • Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period.
  • Photographer agrees to leave the studio and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were upon arrival.
  • All items brought to the studio must be removed and cannot be stored in the studio. Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded.
  • Studio must be used for educational purposes in connection with Art & Design courses at Texas State University.
  • Photographers must be currently enrolled and have taken our Studio course at Texas State University.

Studio Rental Agreement
You must fill out the rental agreement form in order to be able to access the Studio outside of class hours. You must use your Texas State University email to be verified to rent the studio. See lab personnel for more information.
